"Honestly. Don’t bother with this place. No one can answer any questions. I started this policy as a minor and was paying all sorts of different charges that I didn’t need. Now that I know now I was probably overpaying because they knew I was young and didn’t know much about the car insurance policies yet. Every time I talk to somebody, they say different things And they even tried to charge me $250 to switch my state to Ohio and get a new policy. Everyone I have talked to has never had to pay to switch states. Even better my original agent left and I didn’t even know until way later who had me on all types of bs policies. If I’m charged again by State Farm I’m going to lose it. Complete scam. Saved about $175 with Allstate."

"Man oh man oh MAN am I happy with these people. I was just looking for car insurance, mine had gotten stupid with the rate. Justin calls me and goes over a few things, I fill in some details. He was awesome. That place probably should give him a raise and a car.He calls back in less than two hours and not only did he have car insurance but home owners and life insurance and for at least a hundred bucks less..holy crap am I happy with these people"

"It's not about how you start but how you finish! Had multiple years of working with this team without issue. I canceled my policy due to price months back. Home and auto it was a bundle! The auto was canceled and the home wasn't. Got an escrow evaluation and they sent my morgage company a bill which they paid. Now my escrow account is in the negative and they are saying they won't refund the premium because the policy wasn't canceled properly. Over 3397.00 I have to pay out of pocket for an insurance i dont use or need. Due yourself a favor and don't trust what they tell you over the phone. Always verify and get things in writing. Not happy and will be contacting the BBB, the local chamber of commerce and filing a professional greviance with the michigan licensing authority."

As our team member stated on the phone call yesterday our records do not indicate a cancellation was requested and asked if you could supply us with your current home insurance document showing a start date or an email requesting the cancellation. Once we receive the documentation we will submit this to our underwriting department to review. Please note I made several attempts to reach you via phone yesterday as well as text and email. As of this morning I show you have sent the documentation which we will submit to underwriting.
