"JJ spent a great deal of time explaining my insurance policy choices to me. And when I was very honest with him and told him that another office offered a better rate, he said he would study all the details and see what he could do for me. He reached out consistently until I was able to get back with him And settle on my policy choices. JJ spent a lot of time explaining things to me and gathering my information and he did so in a way that worked with my schedule and abilities. He didn’t act like a salesman at all.
