"The representative I spoke to was the most helpful and nice I’ve ever spoken with. He explained everything to me and if I didn’t get something he would explain it again.He took his time talking to me and didn’t fly through the information like some Insurances do. Setting up my payment info was very easy. They offer many choices and even let me pay my initial payments using 2 options. I was on the phone with him for quite some time but he said something had happened to their computers that day that’s why they’re moving slowly. BUT my wait was certainly awarded!! The amount I would have to pay car insurance, renter’s insurance, emergency road side assistance AND also a Life Policy that was just in the package, I paid nothing for it. My monthly payments are less than I had with most insurance companies I’ve used in the past. The whole experience I give a 10/10"
